01 / FAYBL Enterprise Services

Transform the work.
Keep people at the heart.

A better future needs a considered transition.

AI creates exciting possibilities. It also changes responsibilities, familiar processes and the way people work. FAYBL works with a range of consultants to help financial-services organisations shape the right change, alongside their own people and existing advisers.

02 / People, process and technology

Understand today.
Build a better way forward.

Transformation starts with the people who do the work. FAYBL brings its platform and product expertise together with consultants in financial services, operations, technology and organisational change. Together with your team, we document the process, find the friction and agree what should change.

There is no single consulting playbook for every firm. We work with you to bring together the expertise your organisation needs, including your existing consultants where appropriate, with clear responsibilities for implementation, adoption and outcomes.

01Understand

Listen, observe the work and establish a baseline for time, quality, risk and value.

02Design together

Map a better process with the people who know the clients, systems and controls.

03Transition carefully

Pilot, review exceptions, train the team and move forward at agreed checkpoints.

04Follow through

Support adoption, measure the result and improve the process after launch.

People collaborating to bridge fragmented processes and create a shared future
Change is something people shape together, not something technology does to them.

03 / Capacity and value

Capacity is the beginning.
Realised value is the goal.

The draft EY-Parthenon pilot report examined FAYBL in financial-advice workflows. Its findings inform where to look for improvement, not what to promise every organisation.

28%

average time saving across participating practices and sampled client journeys

32%

average time saving across new-client advice journeys

41%

time saving across sampled administrative tasks

Source: draft Faybl – Australian Financial Advisor Pilot Findings, 10 November 2025. Findings depend on the sample, workflow and adoption. They are not guaranteed outcomes or proof of equivalent profit growth.

Clients

Use recovered capacity for more attentive service and better follow-through.

People

Create room for judgment, relationships and more rewarding work.

The business

Measure the full cost of change against realised savings and additional contribution.

Our approach includes implementation, integration, training, supervision and ongoing costs. Recovered time is not counted twice as both a cost saving and new revenue.

04 / The business case

A typical workflow. Meaningful time back.

A typical new-client advice workflow, from initial engagement through fact finding, strategy, advice preparation and review. This example assumes one such workflow per month, staff time valued at US$100 an hour and the Professional plan at US$100 a month.

Staff time returned
7.8 hours
24.8 hours reduced to 17 hours.
Value of that capacity
US$780
At US$100 per staff hour.
Value after plan + model costs
US$660.20
Less US$100 plan + US$19.80 model usage.

Illustrative monthly capacity value, not guaranteed cash savings. Uses pilot-average staff timings with a separate model-cost estimate. Setup, training, integration charges and tax are excluded.

Beyond the numbers: the opportunity for faster client responses, more complete compliance records and a more rewarding working day.

Calculation and assumptions

Manual labour: 24.8 hours × US$100 = US$2,480. Assisted labour: 17 hours × US$100 = US$1,700. Add US$19.80 estimated model usage and one US$100 Professional subscription: US$1,819.80. Difference: US$660.20 for a month with one such engagement.

Based on the owner-supplied FAYBL Cost Case Studies, revision 3 (7 October 2026). Staff timings are attributed to the EY pilot; model usage is twice the separate v2.5 inference benchmark of US$9.90. This combines different studies and product versions, not a measured return for the current product. Remaining staff time includes review; implementation is excluded.

Returned time creates capacity, not an automatic payroll reduction. Actual results and costs depend on your workflows, adoption and configuration. Model usage may be covered by your plan allowance: reconcile it with your actual bill rather than counting it twice.
